Customer service
RAACH SOLAR is a certified partner of the inverter manufacturers SMA and FRONIUS. We offer customer services and repairs of components and systems by a trained service team, even for systems that were not sold and installed by us.
Operation and maintenance
RAACH SOLAR offers remote monitoring of photovoltaic installations and systems via the Internet. Daily, monthly or annual reports on alarms and performance, including yield analyses, are available from us.
Installation of DC & AC combiner boxes
RAACH SOLAR builds DC and AC combiner boxes for customised photovoltaic systems. Some projects require DC or AC coupling, which are not available as standard products. This is part of our engineering services.
Engineering
RAACH SOLAR also offers engineering services without supplying components and systems. Customers can contact us to review existing solar systems that were not supplied and installed by RAACH SOLAR or they can purchase directly from the manufacturer.
Site Management
RAACH SOLAR offers site management through its own project engineers so that our partners and customers can utilise their own installation teams to increase the proportion of local services. During installation, local staff are trained to provide customer service after the PV system has been commissioned.
Turnkey installations
RAACH SOLAR offers turnkey installation of the supplied components by its own project engineers and experienced installers worldwide. The customer can opt for an all-inclusive package from RAACH SOLAR for customised photovoltaic solutions. We also offer scaffolding services.
Worldwide logistics
RAACH SOLAR ships photovoltaic components worldwide by sea container, air freight or road transport. Our in-house logistics department takes care of and fulfils the standards of the customs authorities. At the request of our customers and partners, we also manage deliveries of components that are not sold by us.
Storage
RAACH SOLAR operates two of its own warehouses in Germany, where photovoltaic components for small and large projects are stored and managed. RAACH SOLAR has a sufficient stock of standard components for immediate despatch. We are also well equipped to store hazardous goods such as lithium batteries.
Repair service
RAACH SOLAR offers repair services for photovoltaic systems affected by natural disasters such as hail, storms and floods, even for photovoltaic systems that were not developed and supplied by us.
